I'm not sure yet if it's a minimal way of doing it, just checked that it works for me.Īnd i can see things going a bit south when both Steam and WGC decide to update the game, since now both of them see it as their version, so only allow Steam to do it. In both cases you can close(Exit) WGC right after you log in. Now you can launch it either through Steam (while WGC is running) AND through WGC.WGC would detect that folder and ask if you want to import the game to WGC library - agree. Repeat this for wgc_api.dll and platform.dll in bin32 folder IF you're a peasant with less than 6 Gbs of RAM!😁.Copy files platform64.dll and wgc_api.dll from \World_of_Warships_EU\bin\\bin64\ (currently \World_of_Warships_EU\bin\2666186\bin64\ ) to \World of Warships\bin\\bin64\.Also copy game_info.xml - contents depend on server region, so copy it from EU WGC version if you play on EU. Copy files wgc_api.exe, platform64.dll and wgc_api.dll from \World_of_Warships_WGC\ to \World of Warships\.Install standalone WGC from here:, leave it running.Update Steam version and verify files integrity.❗You'll need files from WGC-version of WoWS, they're not included in the guide yet. It's still very recommended to switch to native WGC-version (or keep both installed if you have plenty of space and fast internet. This is only for those poor ones who really don't want to redownload WGC-version due to bandwidth.
